TIRE FITTING EQUIPMENT
Tire fitting on the BTR-80 and other wheeled vehicles requires a comprehensive approach to selecting and upgrading equipment to ensure its effective use and operation at the service center. Our company offers a turnkey solution and experience in supplying and commissioning this equipment in both the Republic of Belarus and other countries. The equipment warranty period is up to 12 months from commissioning and 24 months with interim operational monitoring (after personnel training and technical support).

Pressure gauge with a diameter of 80 mm with bar and PSI scales. It is equipped with a double-acting valve for releasing air by half-pressing. Suitable for refueling with nitrogen. It is equipped with a fitting for a quick-release connection of the compressed air supply line.

The compressor is designed and manufactured in accordance with the general requirements and safety standards for this type of equipment established in the applicable technical regulations.
Duty Cycle & Timing
Repeated short-term mode with power-on duration up to 60% and cycle duration of 6–10 minutes. Continuous operation allowed for no more than 15 minutes, but not more than once per 2 hours.
IP Rating & Shock Class
The degree of protection is not lower than IP20. The class according to the method of protecting a person from electric shock is Class 1.

Designed to simplify the fit of tubeless tires on the disc. It is also used for quick pumping of tubeless tires.
The volume of the receiver is 19 liters. The air pressure is 7–12 bar. Each receiver has passed leakproofness tests. It is equipped with a safety valve, pressure gauge, and quick-release adapter of the European type 'Father'.
