Armored vehicle "Cаyman"
Armored Vehicle “Kaiman” is designed for reconnaissance and sabotage operations, convoy escort and patrol duties, peacekeeping and law enforcement missions, as well as operations in emergency situations.
The cooling system enables operation in ambient temperatures up to +50°C.
Modern domestically produced instruments and sensors allow continuous monitoring of all parameters of the diesel engine support systems. Additionally, the vehicle can be equipped with an onboard information and control system, which expands capabilities for monitoring vehicle subsystems, enhances functional and ergonomic characteristics of crew workstations, and includes an integrated navigation system.
The vehicle is fitted with road-legal lighting for public highway use, a rear-view camera, and additional illumination equipment. Full-time 4Ă—4 drive, high engine torque, independent torsion-bar suspension with trailing arms, and a centralized tire inflation system ensure confident mobility across extremely rough terrain.
Depending on customer requirements and delivery region, the vehicle can be upgraded, including options such as changing the weapon system, replacing the filter-ventilation unit, installing an air-conditioning system, upgrading communication equipment, etc.
The vehicle is 90% composed of components and assemblies from serially produced military wheeled vehicles and Belarusian-made parts.
Protected multi-purpose vehicle "Defender"
Multi-Purpose Protected Vehicle “Zashchitnik” can be employed to support special operations units, transport personnel during convoy escort missions, conduct area and route patrols, and provide support for counter-terrorism operations.
The vehicle is built on the high-mobility wheeled chassis MAZ-631708 with a 6Ă—6 wheel configuration and powered by a YAMZ-7511 engine delivering 294 kW (400 hp).
The armored hull of the protected vehicle provides protection for a crew of up to 16 personnel against small arms fire and artillery shell fragments, meeting protection class Br5 according to GOST R 50963-96. Additionally, the vehicle features a mine-protected design with a V-shaped hull bottom.
The interior of the crew compartment is lined with specialized anti-spall mats to protect personnel from secondary fragmentation.
Repair and recovery vehicle "BREM"
Recovery and Repair Vehicle "BREM" is designed for evacuating damaged vehicles and assisting crews with repairs and maintenance of various equipment under field conditions.
The vehicle is capable of performing the following tasks:
– recovering vehicles stuck under various conditions requiring extraction forces of up to 75 metric tons;
– towing damaged or inoperative vehicles;
– carrying out repair operations, including electric welding and cutting, to prepare vehicles for towing or extraction;
– performing disassembly and assembly operations during vehicle repairs, including replacement of major components weighing up to 12 tons;
– providing technical assistance to crews in performing maintenance and rectifying individual malfunctions or failures;
– transporting spare parts and materials;
– conducting earthworks to prepare vehicles for evacuation;
– mitigating the consequences of emergencies.
The workshop for technical servicing "МТО-UB1-MB"
Mobile Maintenance Workshop “MTO-UB1-MB” is designed to carry out the most labor-intensive technical maintenance and field-level repair tasks for armored and tracked combat vehicles and equipment (hereinafter referred to as “AFV”) under field conditions.
When performing technical maintenance and repairs on AFVs using the workshop’s equipment, the following operations can be carried out:
– external washing and touch-up painting of AFVs;
– refueling AFVs with fuel from external containers;
– lubrication of AFV components and assemblies with oils, greases, and grease mixtures;
– mechanized cleaning and oiling of air cleaner cassettes;
– operational adjustment of components, assemblies, mechanisms, and their control linkages;
– inspection and operational adjustment of electrical systems;
– rectification of minor malfunctions and replacement of powerplant components and assemblies;
– replacement of running gear components and assemblies, including road wheels, idler and drive sprockets, track rollers, balance arms, torsion bars, hydraulic shock absorbers, and final drives.
Fire-fighting tracked vehicle "GPM-72"
The «GPM – 72» fire-fighting caterpillar vehicle developed in cooperation with POZHSNAB LLC and is intended for the delivery of personnel of combat crews, fire-technical weapons, fire-fighting equipment to the mishap site with the purpose of extinguishing fires of complexity class 4, forests and conducting emergency- rescue operations.
Fire extinguishing is carried out both in the parking (using an aqua mast) and in motion using a bumper carriage hose.
The design of GPM provides:
refueling the cistern and foam tank with fire extinguishing agents;
the supply of water and foam from the cistern through the bumper and upper carriage hoses, as well as to pressure pipes located on the sides of the superstructure, without being installed on the water source;
water intake from an impounded body of water, fire hydrant and its supply for fire fighting needs through bumper or upper carriage hoses;
placement of the necessary fire-technical weapons and equipment on board the vehicle.
The vehicle corresponds to the climatic modification U1 (operation at an air temperature from minus 40 to plus 40 ° C), category of location 1 (for operation outdoors), operation in the atmosphere of types 1 and 2 (conditionally clean and industrial) according to GOST 15150 with placement in operational waiting period in a room with air temperature not lower than plus 5 ° С.
Tracked firefighting complex "MB-LBu"
Tracked Firefighting Complex (MT-LBu) is designed to transport firefighting personnel, firefighting equipment, and fire-extinguishing agents to the incident site for extinguishing Class 4 complexity-category fires, forest fires, and performing emergency rescue operations.
Firefighting can be conducted both while stationary and while moving, using the bumper-mounted monitor nozzle.
The vehicle is built on the chassis of a multi-purpose, lightly armored universal transporter.
The firefighting equipment design provides for:
- filling the water tank;
- delivering water through the bumper-mounted and roof-mounted monitor nozzles, as well as through pressure outlets located along the sides of the superstructure, without requiring connection to a water source;
- drawing water from open water sources or fire hydrants and supplying it for firefighting purposes via the bumper-mounted or roof-mounted monitor nozzles;
- carrying the necessary firefighting equipment and tools onboard the vehicle.
